The Call - College Edition

The Challenge…..

Are you stressed out,
because you do not
see how your faith can
connect to your career
choice, or better yet,
lead you to it? Are you
overwhelmed by the
thought of trying to
pick a college major
before you know what
you want to do?

What is your calling?

You have a “gift” from God, to fulfill the purposes He has ordained for you. Yet, statistics show
that most people don’t know what their spiritual gift is. Those who do can’t identify their
dominate gifts. These gifts, described in Romans 12: 6-8, stimulate you to perform in a certain
way. They constitute your true strengths, what some people refer to as “passion”, because they
motivate you to action. Gifts that are wrongly identified or misunderstood means you end up in
positions which are either hard, boring, or limit your ability to prosper and honor God in your
work. Consider the following:
